As a Performance Marketer at Hnry, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by executing and optimising digital marketing campaigns across multiple performance channels. Working closely with the rest of the Marketing team, you’ll strategise, implement, and refine paid media campaigns to maximise reach, engagement, and conversions - all while maintaining a strong focus on efficiency and return on investment.
With a keen analytical mindset, you'll continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and leverage data insights to refine targeting, creative execution, and budget allocation. You'll also explore emerging digital trends and new advertising opportunities to keep Hnry at the forefront of performance marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable impact.
🚀 Responsibilities
- Set up, implement, optimise, and report on digital marketing campaigns across all performance channels, including Google Ads, social media (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.), and more.
- Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns against target KPIs, taking into account the target budgets as well as the goal of each campaign (target CPA or CPV).
- Conduct A/B tests, monitor campaign performance, and adjust targeting, budgets, and creatives to optimise results.
- Work closely within the Marketing team to plan, strategise, and create new digital marketing campaign ideas for different markets.
- Collaborate with other team members to build new landing pages, identify new opportunities to to create high-performing ads, and improve overall marketing performance.
- Jump in and help with campaign execution, troubleshoot platform issues, and provide other support as needed.
- Analyse past and active digital advertising performance using paid platforms and Google Analytics to track, report, and identify opportunities for improvement, delivering actionable insights to optimise campaign and channel performance.
- Support paid search campaigns, including keyword research, bidding strategies, and performance tracking.
- Support conversion tracking efforts and leverage first-party databases to create custom audiences tailored for paid channels.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, click-through rates, and ROI.
- Identify and set up new digital channels and other digital advertising opportunities to diversify and expand the company’s digital reach.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and opportunities to keep the company ahead of the curve.

- Have 1–2 years of experience in a performance marketing role, specialising in paid search and paid social - ideally in an agency or similar in-house role.
- Have experience with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Be competitive - demonstrating real passion for achieving measurable results.
- Love collaborating with teammates across the business, while being able to work autonomously.
