⏰ Permanent, full-time

We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive human to help bring Hnry to life in the UK. This is a jack-of-all-trades role where you’ll deliver both local tactics and digital activity - from events and social media to coordinating with creators.
You’re curious, adaptable, and hands-on. You know how to take an idea and make it real, whether that’s a freelancer meetup, a social campaign, or a content shoot. You can put yourself in the shoes of the freelancer audience to understand what resonates with them, and you’re confident managing logistics, people, and content at once.
🚀 Responsibilities
- Become deeply familiar with the different types of sole traders and freelancers, their common problems, and their motivations.
- Understand the many aspects of the Hnry service, so you can articulate our value to the UK market and suggest local activities and content ideas that effectively reach and engage freelancers.
- Plan and run local activations, meetups, sponsorships, and community events for freelancers and self-employed professionals - coordinating with venues, vendors, and freelancers to ensure smooth experience for each event.
- Represent Hnry - speaking with potential customers, answering their questions, and helping them understand the value Hnry provides its customers.
- Monitor Hnry’s UK social media channels and respond where relevant.
- Create organic content targeting local audiences (images, captions, and short videos).
- Engage with our existing customers, encouraging them to tell their stories - either on their own channels or on ours.
- Be aware of local trends or community stories to uncover opportunities to grow Hnry’s relevance in the UK market.
- Coordinate with local video producers and freelancers to brief in, schedule, and deliver brand-aligned content.
- Support the Brand team by ensuring timely delivery of specific content (filming, edits, logistics).
- Keep communication flowing between Hnry’s creative team and local creators.
