We’re looking for a creative to join the Hnry team - someone who can see the potential in every piece of content and turn it into something that connects, engages, and inspires.
You’re curious, adaptable, and proactive. You can put yourself in the shoes of any audience to understand the common questions that they have and the types of content which engages them.
You’ll love storytelling, experimenting, and finding new wats to repurpose content across different platforms. You’ll also be confident using AI tools to enhance your workflow, but you will also have fantastic attention to detail and know when to step in with the important human touch.
If you are comfortable in front of a camera, whether that's recording a voiceover, showing up in a product walkthrough, or sharing a behind the scenes moment, even better as you will be one of the friendly faces on Hnry’s social media feed!
🚀 Responsibilities
- Develop deep knowledge of the many different types of sole traders, along with their commons problems and questions
- Understand the many aspects and features of the Hnry service, so you can articulate even our most niche value propositions and help anyone on their journey to becoming a long-term Hnry customer
- Build on your knowledge of our service and our customers to come up with content ideas and craft content strategies which effectively reach and engage all types of sole traders
- Transform long-form content (blogs, guides, webinars) into short-form formats:
- SEO summaries, glossaries, and quick help articles
- Listicles and how-to snippets
- Convert interviews and testimonials into bite-sized social proof on our website and digital marketing channels
- Keep tone consistent and brand-aligned across all formats
- Script, record, and edit product walkthroughs and short, vertical videos for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts
- Create infographics, carousels, and quote cards from existing material
- Adapt our content to trending formats and platform conventions
- Use AI tools to:
- Draft repurposed content and first-pass variations
- Extract highlights from transcripts and blog posts
- Scale content for multiple platforms without duplicating effort

- Have 2+ years experience writing and creating content across media (written, visual, video)
- Be experienced with tools like Canva, CapCut, InShot, Descript, or Adobe Express
- Have a portfolio showing your ability to adapt content across formats
- Be comfortable using generative AI tools as part of your creative process
- Have strong storytelling skills — especially when it comes to short-form content and real customer voices
Bonus points for the following:
- Experience working in fintech, SaaS, or similar environments
- Basic SEO understanding
- Ability to self-shoot short videos
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and experimentation
- Previous experience being self-employed
